Located on the famous resort of Protaras with its golden sandy beaches, the villa is only a few metres away from the new marina of Paralimni and the famous Sirena bay. Within close proximity to the major shopping town of Paralimni and the resorts of Ayia Napa which is no more than 15 minutes’ drive away. Thanks to the proximity of the modern highway network, the resort area also connects easily with Larnaca International Airport which is only 54km away and less than an hour’s drive. A walk of 150 meters to traditional and contemporary restaurants along with the nearest supermarket which is within 300 metres of the villa provides everything needed virtually on the doorstep. The pretty Golden Coast Fishing Harbour is only 300 metres walk from the villa and along with the adjacent sandy beach also only 170m away, it is one of the most visited amenities in the area.
